Going ?paperless? is popular request because it speeds up delivery and collections, enhances communications and saves on paper, delivery time and storage.

Paperless options range from printing and storing permanent reports on your server ? to faxing and emailing invoices and reports instead of printing. Going ?paperless? is popular request because it speeds up delivery and collections, enhances communications and saves on paper, delivery time and storage.
There are several features within your software readily available for faxing and emailing:
- Purchase Orders
- Vouchers for ACH payments in Accounts Payable (Banking application required)
- Sales Order quotes
- Sales Order acknowledgements
- Sales Order invoices
- Sales Order statements
- Sales Order RMAs (return material authorizations)
- Payroll Direct Deposit and Vouchers (Banking application required)
First select for each customer, vendor or employee the type of form and whether that customer (vendor or employee) should receive a paper, email or fax copy. You can also select to have multiple copies of the form print each time. For example, you can set a form to two copies you can then email the first form, and print or PDF the second copy for your files.
For emailed forms, email info is also needed in setting up for emailing out of your office. Your IT person or we can help with that.
